Do you sharpen your chef's knife daily, regularly serve dishes au gratin or make vol-au-vents for fun? When you notice a delectable patisserie in a shop window, are you drawn in by its aesthetic beauty as much as the desire to eat it? If so, you have the passion to join either The Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts' Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management Program or Pastry Arts Program. Our talented, dedicated instructors will train you in well-equipped teaching kitchens and a demonstration kitchen. You will practice your skills in a simulation restaurant and graduate ready for a successful career. Now that's food for thought.
